Recommended Reading

The books I am listing here have become my go to reference books. Some will help you understand what the ancestral diet is all about, others will help you to make the vital connection between body, mind and soul, and no less important are those that teach us how to learn new habits and discard the old unhelpful ones. I am also adding some cookery books that give you much more than recipes. Last but not least are those that explain how the way we grow our food has an impact on our bodies and our environment. Happy reading!
